The Winter Park Estates Community Association, Inc. (WPECA) is a not-for-profit corporation organized for the residents of the Winter Park Estates subdivision in Orange County. It is a voluntary association established to inform residents and enhance the value of living in our community.
The objective and purpose of the Winter Park Estates Association, Inc. shall be:
- to unite residents of Winter Park Estates;
- to secure civic betterment in Winter Park Estates;
- to encourage community improvements in Winter Park Estates;
- to promote community interests and activities in Winter Park Estates;
- and to cultivate such regulations and measures as shall be considered conducive to the welfare and well being of all citizens of the community.
